2026–2028

Phase 1 — Launch
MADRP approval, SARL incorporation, demo plots in Biskra, Tizi-Ouzou and Tiaret, licensing agreement with P.O.D.G SAS.

2028–2030

Phase 2 — Production
Pilot Polyter production unit in Algeria, compost plant, network of 20 approved distributors.

2030–2035

Phase 3 — Export
100% Algerian Polytrabe, MENA exports (Tunisia, Morocco, Libya), regional industrial hub.
